BHS Introduces "The Brew"
The Entrepreneurship class, under the instruction of business teacher, Jami Thiessen, has launched a new coffee shop inside BHS called "The Brew". What was previously a concession stand has now been revamped and remodeled into a quaint coffee shop that serves the staff and students at the school.
After being challenged to come up with a business plan, the students involved have gained some real-world business experience from creating a menu and setting prices to eventually paying a lease to the school district.
