The Food Service applications are now available for the 2025-2026 school year.  

If you think that your student may qualify for Free or Reduced lunches, please fill out the application. This can be done by scanning this QR code and you will be directed to the food service application that is on-line, or you can use the following link: USD 508 Food Service Application.  You may also fill out a paper application.   If your child qualified for Free or Reduced lunches in the 2024-2025 school year, they will maintain that status for the first 30 days of school.  After that 30 days expires, any person who does not have a 2025-2026 Food service application on file will be changed to a full pay status. It is necessary to fill out a new application at the beginning of every school year, to continue qualifying for this benefit.
