Baxter USD 508 Daycare Renovation

Baxter USD 508 is accepting bids for the renovation of an existing Daycare as outlined on the Construction Documents.  The work will be performed at 506 W 4^th St. Baxter Springs KS 66713: Current scopes of work are related to The renovation of an existing building for use as a daycare.  Potential Contractors must meet the insurance, safety policies and bonding requirements as outlined in the Specifications.  Pre-bid conference will be held on Aug. 20^th at 2pm at 506 W 4^thSt. Baxter Springs KS 66713. Attendance of the pre-bid conference is encouraged, but not required. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on Wednesday September 4th, bids will be accepted at the Baxter Springs School Board office located at 1108 Military Ave, Baxter Springs KS 66713.
