Preschool Screenings will be held on Friday morning, February 5^th. Please call 856-3322 for an appointment.

Kindergarten Screenings

Lincoln School Kindergarten Screening is scheduled for Thursday, April 1st at 801 Lincoln Avenue, Baxter Springs.  Screening will help determine the child’s readiness for the classroom and help us in preparing for the upcoming year.

Current students of Baxter Springs Preschools need not come for screening. 

All students attending Kindergarten in 2021-2022 must be 5 years old prior to September 1, 2021.

Please call Lincoln School at 856-3322 to schedule an appointment for screening. Please bring your child’s immunization record, birth certificate, social security card and most recent health assessment. A current physical examination will be required for admittance in the fall.

If you are unable to attend screening, make sure to contact Lincoln School as soon as possible regarding your student, so that we may keep you informed as important information becomes available.

Preschool Applications

Lincoln School in Baxter Springs is now taking preschool applications for the 2021-2022 school year.

A limited number of openings are available for 3-5 year old children. The deadline for our Model Student drawing is 3:30 PM on April 8th.

4-Yr. old preschool applications will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis as long as there are openings.
