American College Testing (ACT)

Student Site  
This site provides information about the ACT test (test dates and centers), how the test is  set up, test-taking tips, practice sample test questions in each area, etc.
You can also register online for the ACT at this site (you will need a credit card to pay)

The College Board        
Information and study materials for the PSAT test and the SAT test

PLAN Testing (also by ACT)         

This site provides information about the PLAN test that the students take during their sophomore year at school.  Beside an explanation of the test there are sample test questions for each area.  Finally, there is a World of Work map which can be used for information on different careers including classes that need to be taken in high school for that particular career.

 

Practice Test Links     (Following are several good websites that have free study questions and practice tests.  Some sites will also try to sell you materials---just use the free practice materials!)  

March 2 Success   (Will need to register to get onto this site.  Please remember your user name and password so you can get

                              into the site later.  Excellent site!  Has seven timed practice tests.  You can take a section at a time

                                      or take a whole test in one sitting.)
